HVAC Maintenance in Bertram, TX

For outdoor units, our Bertram HVAC maintenance team will perform the following tasks:

• ensure refrigerant is at the proper level
• check the contactor and the capacitor
• clear dirt and debris from the unit
• inspect base pan for restricted drain openings and remove any obstructions
• inspect coil and cabinet — clean the condenser coil
• inspect and lubricate fan motor/blades

For indoor units, Naylor Services will:

• clean blower assembly and burner assembly
• lubricate motor and replace fan belt, if necessary
• inspect and clean the primary condensate drain pan, and condensate drain lines
• inspect for gas leaks for those with gas furnaces
• inspect control board, safety controls, wiring, and connections
• clean/replace air filters (customer to supply new filters)
• inspect burner assembly
• inspect ductwork and check for leaks
